Zoning Board 2012 Schedule
All meetings at 7pm unless otherwise posted on the Town Calendar. If there is no business, the ZBA will not meet. Please call the Planning and Zoning Department to confirm meeting dates.

The Zoning Board of Appeals is the body which considers and decides on requests for variances, when an application has been found inconsistent with the Zoning Law (originally adopted in 1971). Most applications for development go first to the Planning and Zoning Department and the Planning Board, which is responsible for deciding if an application conforms to the Zoning Law.

The Zoning Law, Zoning map and Subdivision of Land and Design and Construction Standards can be purchased at the Town Clerk's Office.

The Zoning Board of Appeals consists of five members:
