Most applications for development go first to the Planning and Zoning Department and the Planning Board, which is responsible for deciding if an application conforms to the Zoning Law. Zoning and subdivision are administered by the Director of Planning & Zoning. To contact the Planning & Zoning Department, please call 518-477-7938, fax 518-477-6546.
