Planning Board minutes (starting at 5 Dec 11) reflect presentations to the Planning Board, its discussions and summaries of public comment.
The Planning Department will update the information here, as it becomes available, with engineering, environmental and related reports about the proposed Dollar Tree shipping facility, near the intersection of 9&20 and Route 150. The available documents are in .pdf format. The free "Acrobat Reader" program or similar is required to read them, if you chose to save the files to your own computer.

After you fill in the login popup, you'll be presented with a screen including a directory display like this (there may be more or different files than those shown in the sample below):
Click on the file your want to read or download -- NB: These are LARGE files and transmission to you will seem very slow. Allow several minutes to download even the smallest of these files. We cannot recommend trying to download these files if your internet access is dialup; use your local library or some other site with high-speed internet access.
As a download finishes, you can save the file to your own computer, or, with many browsers which have an appropriate plug-in, read the .pdf without saving it on your hard drive. We hope you'll find this useful.
