Planning and Zoning in Schodack
Land Use is regulated in Schodack according to the Zoning Law which was originally enacted June 1971.
Zoning and subdivisions are administered by the Director of Planning & Zoning. Copies of the Zoning Law, Zoning map and Subdivision of Land and Design and Construction Standards can be purchased at the Town Clerk's Office.
