SCHODACK BUILDING DEPARTMENT

INSPECTIONS BY THIS BUILDING DEPARTMENT ARE REQUIRED ACCORDING TO THE FOLLOWING SCHEDULE

A. Footing before pouring concrete

B. Foundation wall inspection before pouring concrete

C. Foundation inspection before backfill (includes drains, stone & tar)

D. Submit surveyors' location of foundation to Building Department before
    Framing is started

E. Plumbing and heating test, framing, rough electrical inspection

F. Chimney/Fireplace/Woodstove (see permit for these items for inspections)

G. Insulation inspection

H. FINAL INSPECTION - All work is completed
    (Sewer, water, electrical, Health Dept. need final approval)
