The insurance of this footing and foundation permit is not to be considered as a
building permit.  This is not a permit to construct this is only a permit to install
footings and foundation below grade.  Neither the basement and/or cellar may be
occupied.

B.	Water Proofing
C.	Footing Drains, Stone & Paper
D.	Backfill
E.	Decking & Protection of decking from weather

Inspections are needed:
A.	On footing forms before pouring
B.	Walls before pouring, Block during construction
C.	Before backfill is done
