NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE TOWN BOARD OF THE TOWN OF SCHODACK DOES HEREBY:

2012-073)

Appoint Clyde Knott as a part-time park attendant, under the direction of Stuart McKnight, at the hourly rate set forth in resolution 2011-08, effective ________ through October 31, 2011, as needed.

Appoint Thomas Prevost as a part-time park attendant, under the direction of Stuart McKnight, at the hourly rate set forth in resolution 2011-08, effective ________ through October 31, 2011, as needed.

Authorize the following individuals for appointment to the Winter Youth Recreation Program, as recommended by the Director of Youth and Recreation. Pee Wee Wrestling - Thomas Gibbons and Geoff Scheilding at salary as set forth in the Year 2012 adopted budget.

Authorize Supervisor Dowds to execute ASCAP license Agreement, subject to review and approval as to form by Attorney to the Town, and authorize payment of $320.00 licensing fee to ASCAP.

WHEREAS, the Town Board delegated its annual auditing responsibilities of all Town departments which received or disbursed money in the previous fiscal years pursuant to Section 123 of Town Law to the Town Comptroller, and

WHEREAS, the Town Comptroller performed the audit in accordance with the guidelines provided by the New York State Office of the State Comptroller as published in the Local Government Management Guide - Fiscal Oversight Responsibilities,

NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Board accepts the audit report submitted for Justice Court for the fiscal year 2011.

WHEREAS, in connection with the Lucey Bank Project, R. J. Valente Gravel filed a certain irrevocable line of credit #S313625 with the Town Clerk on April 16, 2008, in the sum of $48,000; and

WHEREAS, said letter of credit has been extended annually, and is now scheduled to expire on April 9, 2012; and

WHEREAS, the Town Clerk has now received notification from the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation that all work required at the site has been completed, to the satisfaction of that Department, and that therefore the letter of credit may be cancelled and released;

NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved that the Town Clerk is authorized to execute a release of said letter of credit, and to execute any documents required for that purpose, after the Schodack Planning Board has approved the close-out of the project.
