The emergency services do far more than respond to sickness or injury; far more than extinguish fire or rescue survivors from a collision or collapse. We maintain our vehicles and equipment...and keep records of that maintenance. We train... and track our training. We provide young people with fire safety education... and those of all ages with information about CPR. first aid, breast cancer screening and much more.

You don't have to fight a fire or treat the injured to join us in serving our community. We'll welcome all who do, of course, but we also need skilled and dedicated people to help with record keeping; volunteers to help with Pizza Nights and Bingo and barbeques.

And that's not a complete list, of couse. Your skills and assistance can help us better schedule training; complete and file the reports required by the state and federal governments (after all, as they say, the job's not finished until the paperwork is done)... or even spread the word about our work... and our needs.
